POWER / POWER CORE
Strong. Sweaty. Soulful. A heated vinyasa flow designed to challenge and inspire. You’ll move, breathe, and build next-level strength — physically and mentally. (If it says CORE, expect extra core focus!)

COOL FLOW / HAPPY HIPS & HAMSTRINGS
A laid-back vinyasa flow that balances movement and stillness. Great for those easing into Power or craving a slower rhythm. Happy Hips & Hamstrings dives deep into hips, hammies, and lower-back release — perfect for athletes, runners, and riders.

YIN / RESTORATIVE / DEEP STRETCH
Grounded. Peaceful. Transformative. Expect long, supported holds that melt tension, restore mobility, and quiet the mind. Restorative moves a bit more; Deep Stretch holds longer.

SLOW FLOW
Cool or warm, this vinyasa class moves slow and steady — not easy, but deeply rewarding. A chilled OUT playlist and mindful pacing leave you stretched, centered, and re-energized.

HOT LSD (Long Slow Deep)
Think Yin… but turn up the heat. Deep stretches, long holds, and major release — all in a hot room.

PILATES / PILATES COMBOS
Tone, strengthen, and sculpt through precise movement and breath. Some classes mix yoga, weights, or cardio.

SPIN (DUNEDIN ONLY)
Cardio meets community. High-energy rides with killer playlists and major vibes. Build endurance, burn calories, and feel unstoppable. No experience needed — sneakers or SPD clip-ons work great.

ROW (DUNEDIN ONLY)
Full-body cardio that hits 85% of your muscles. Smooth, rhythmic, powerful — WaterRowers mimic the feel of real water. Strengthen your back, heart, and mind in this epic endurance ride.

WEIGHTS
Grab your dumbbells and unleash your power. Build strength, boost confidence. SHAPE YOUR BODY — and your mindset.

COMBO CLASSES
Yoga meets spin. Pilates meets weights. Mix it up and surprise yourself. Cross-training keeps the body sharp and the brain happy — all levels welcome. We’ll help you set up and crush it.

BEATS (ORLANDO ONLY)
High-intensity circuit training set to epic playlists. Expect weights, spin, row, agility drills, punching bags, and more. It’s loud, sweaty, and electric — strength and cardio rolled into one powerhouse experience.
